Clint Smith has served northeast Florida as a civil engineer, project manager, and property development specialist for over 30 years. 

He has extensive expertise in project planning, permitting and entitlements, design and construction of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Clint is currently serving the City of Palm Coast as the chair of the Planning and Land Development Regulation Board.

Clint grew up in Naples and attended the University of Florida, where he majored in civil engineering. After college he moved to Palm Coast to raise his family and assist in the early development of the city and surrounding areas.

Clint is an enthusiastic Gator fan that enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and exploring the marshes of Flagler County.
